EduFusion Cornetu

With the support of Synevo România and Asociația Medicover, we organized the first edition of the EduFusion project, at Școala Gimnazială nr. 1 in Cornetu, Ilfov.

On April 8, over 60 children took part in emotional education workshops, as part of the EduFusion project, an experience that helped them recognize their emotions, express them, and find their inner balance. In a Romania where over 60% of children say they're afraid to make mistakes or talk about what they feel, EduFusion comes as a social project of emotional education through art, with real impact in the community, offering safe spaces for vulnerability and authentic learning.

Marius, good deeds ambassador

A big-hearted ambassador, psychotherapist, and workshop facilitator, Marius brought gentleness, patience, and understanding, turning the workshop into a safe space for children, where emotions were listened to and respected.

Marius, thank you for your dedication, for the support you gave with such warmth, and for carrying the EduFusion story forward, to where it's needed most!

Children's safety, front and center

Under Marius's guidance, the children discovered that emotions aren't wrong, don't need to be hidden, and shouldn't be scary.

A few of Marius's conclusions:

• Children need attachment, not just information.
• They need to feel safe around adults in order to learn.
• They're curious to explore bodily sensations and understand what's happening inside them.
• They're afraid of making mistakes and need creative freedom and trust in order to express themselves.

A moving moment was the final exercise, Strength and Receptivity, in which each child imagined their biggest wish, placed it in their palms, and gently brought it to their heart. Almost all of them chose: love.

About EduFusion

EduFusion is an educational project dedicated to emotional support for children, offering them:

• a safe space where they can talk about emotions,
• simple exercises for emotional regulation,
• play and art as tools for self-discovery,
• real support from adults, without judgment.

Our goal isn't performance, but the emotional safety and confidence that the child can then take home, to school, into their everyday relationships.

Continuing the journey together

The feedback we received showed us how much this day mattered. The children felt heard, supported, and encouraged to be vulnerable. Many of them told us, at the end, that they can't wait to see us again.

EduFusion is about emotions, about trust, and about how we help the little ones learn things essential for life – from identifying emotions, to expressing them in a healthy way, to finding simple mechanisms for emotional regulation. EduFusion gives them a safe space to explore through art, play, and real connection. It's a project that shows us, at every workshop, how much we can learn from one another, regardless of age.
